Mountain railways Gargellen

This is the way to rediscover the mountain, as a source of energy with all its facets and as a sportive challenge. A winter with many faces – for skiing enthusiasts, for snowboarders and ideal – because the area is not too vast – for young families.

You and your children don’t love long walks in skiing boots – fine, we don’t either. Therefore you will like our shuttle-transfer to the valley-station (800 m) in the morning. You will return on your skis right up to the threshold.

• 84 snow lances and 3 snow cannons guarantee snow,
• race area – everybody can keep his time on the slalom piste with timekeeping equipment,
• snow park – kids and youths experience lots of action and fun in the snow park right at the Schafberghüsli,
• 6 mountain restaurants with sun terraces and umbrella bars in the breathtaking scenery of the Gargellen mountains and near the valley-station,
• winter hiking trail on an altitude of 2,100 m.

Pure skiing delight in the Montafon

62 lifts, 222 km marked runs, of which 110 km blue runs, 80 km red runs and 32 km black runs speak for themselves – the runs of different levels of difficulty take care of the ideal split for the friends of the white sport; thus everybody can put his turns on the daily prepared pistes or leave his tracks on the untouched deep-powder slopes.
